Linda was really attentive and always answered our questions, whether it was big or small. Linda made us feel at ease being first time homebuyers and always gave us advice to make us feel better and educated us on different things we did not know about since it was our first time purchasing a home. When times got really stressful when submitting documents and we had problems she always encouraged us and never doubted that we would be approved. Linda strived above and beyond through this whole process to make sure we were good to close and was even there at closing . I would highly recommend Linda to any stranger, friend or family. Me and my husband trust Linda so much that when we purchase another home down the road we would without a doubt go with Linda Allen!

Linda is extremely helpful and knowledgeable but the biggest asset is her communication and hands-on attitude. She kept me updated at every step, answered the phone when I called, or called me back in a timely fashion. Also responded to text messages quickly. Best mortgage experience I've had. It was evident that you really take the time to research all the options and do not just settle for the easiest or most utilized option. The time and effort you put into our loan and closing process is very obvious and we really want to thank you for everything you did for us to get our new house. We truly do not know what we would have done without your incredible support and expertise. We will certainly recommend you to anyone we know in the market for a buying home. As first-time homebuyers who is (or was) somewhat mistrustful of the mortgage lending industry, we were impressed with your candor and your willingness to patiently answer our questions at every step of the process. The home buying process, especially for a first timer, can be an especially taxing and scary process. You really need a lender who is knowledgeable, patient and understanding. Linda is all of these things and more. I had an especially difficult time as a self-employed buyer looking for a lender. It can be challenging to work through a lot of requirements of mortgage lenders when you aren’t paid traditionally. Linda was my ally and advocate who helped me organize and prepare all the documents that I needed, helped me explain in plain speak to underwriters and processors who were unfamiliar with my kind of work, why I was no more risky than anyone else paid traditionally. On top of everything else, she got me a great rate, helped me find a great house and connected me with an amazing real estate agent. When I say I wouldn’t have gotten through this process without her, that is not an exaggeration. She is one of a kind in her industry. If you have the chance to work with her, TAKE IT!
