The entire team from the owner on down to the processor where nothing but professional, courteous and a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend this company to anyone. There was a time when i needed to upload docs and my loan processor Laura was reviewing them at 10pm at night and emailing me. She worked so hard. They were so transparent and everything they told me came to be.

Neighborhood Mortgage helps us greatly during our lending process. My wife and I were first time homebuyers, and pretty new to the whole process, so there were a lot of nerves there. We worked with Robyn and she helped calm all of those nerves! She was super patient and personable with us. She answered any question that would come up at any time. She was in our corner the whole time all the way to the end. We would recommend Robyn to anyone and will forever be grateful! Highly recommend.

Marty, Mike, and the whole team at Neighborhood Mortgage were amazing!!!! They helped us with our loan for our dream country farmhouse on acreage and they made the process so easy and stress free from pre-approval letters as we were shopping, and then a seamless process after the offer all the way to closing! We were selling and buying concurrently (always challenging and stressful) and had some crazy issues in the process that had us worried about the timelines but Marty and the team worked in sync with our realtor to get everything closed on both sides insanely fast, AND they were right on top of the market craziness to get us rate locked when the bond markets took an unexpected intraday dip. Can’t recommend them highly enough. Communication was always timely and on point, and the whole team are consummate professionals through and through! Definitely give them a call if you’re in the market - if they can’t make it happen, NOBODY can.

Jon Maguire offered stellar services as a Senior Loan Officer which made my Home purchase seamless. Not only was he professional, he made sure that I understood the process and held my hand the entire way. His loan knowledge educated me which made my home journey stress-free and for that I am truly grateful. The best thing about Jon is that he was always available no matter what time of the day it was to answer any questions I had about my home purchase. If he can’t get it done, no one can! Thanks again Jon for everything you did!

It was a pleasure and wonderful experience working with Houston White at Neighborhood Mortgage, Inc. regarding my search for a mortgage lender. Houston is very professional, provides excellent customer service, friendly, and also has a great sense of humor, which are all outstanding attributes, especially servicing clients going through the process of purchasing a home. In addition, Houston displayed that he is extremely knowledgeable in originating mortgage loans and was very eager to assist with finding me the best suitable loan options concerning my uncustomary loan type request. Lastly, if you’re trying to secure a mortgage loan in Georgia, I strongly recommend that you contact Houston White with Neighborhood Mortgage, Inc.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Matt Allen and it was the best experience I’ve encountered. It was a long process and at times I felt like giving up, but Matt was persistent and kept me on the right path to ensure I could purchase a home in due time. Matt was very informative and helped me explore options to home buying. It took awhile but in the end it was all worth it. His expertise helped me become a homeowner and his mannerism and perseverance was what I needed to get to this point. He was available whenever I called or text even after hours. I can not thank him for his dedication and knowledgeable skills. If you’re looking for a lender Matt is the man for you. Thanks Matt……you’re the greatest!

I worked with John Maguire and his team. Very professional and kept me updated throughout the process. I like the fact that they're not locked into one lending institution and can shop for the best rate. After the initial loan was established they were able to drop the interest rate twice with no additional cost to me. If the need arises I will definitely use them again.

I’ve purchased 4 homes in last 2.5 years and have used a few lenders however I would never ever use a different person from here on out. I must say Jennifer Brown with Neighborhood Mortgage helped me tremendously. I was moving through the legal stages of divorce. I needed to decide my future living arrangements. Unlike many mortgage companies, Jennifer took the time to help me figure out which was best option for me at this financial stage in my life. Buying again vs. Renting? down payments, monthly payments, staying within my monthly budget, and how long did I plan to stay in GA? So many variables went into this other than just getting prequalified, finding a place and moving on. Jennifer did not treat me as just another mortgage. In fact based on the information I provided it was not in my best interest to buy right away. I appreciated Ms. Brown’s honesty and hard work. She could have given me a loan and sent me on my way. However, we decided on other options and that is what makes her FAR ABOVE the rest. Thank you Jennifer and to Neighborhood Mortgage for the prompt responses, professionalism and most of all going above and beyond.

I met Houston through my realtor, Terri Sperry. He was prompt, thorough, patient, and kind. I reached out to several lenders, he was the first one to respond (very quickly). Although I was purchasing my 2nd home, it had been a while, so I had many questions, which he welcomed and made me feel comfortable asking. His thorough practice made the process smooth. I received a checklist of what to expect along the way, which put my mind at ease. He was readily available to answer my calls, texts, and emails, which is very important during this life changing process. I recommend using Houston, at Neighborhood Mortgage, as you don't get this intimate treatment with most establishments. In the event I need to purchase another home, I am definitely reaching out to Houston and the Neighborhood Mortgage team. - Valerie Richardson
