We can't say enough about Houston White and Neighborhood Mortgage. When my husband and I decided to refinance, we found Houston to be very responsive at a time when EVERYONE was trying to refinance. Neighborhood Mortgage's rates proved be very competitive against the larger mortgage brokerages we shopped. In fact, Houston was even able to get us a LOWER rate than what we initially locked due to market changes. That showed us he was looking out for our best interest and not just trying to close another loan. We were kept updated throughout the entire process so there were no surprises at closing. Houston took care of us like we were his only client. It's obvious his priority is helping families and customer service. I strongly recommend Neighborhood Mortgage and Houston White.
